Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how ZetarAI LLC produces and ships physical orders placed through this store. All times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
Order processing & production
Our decks are made to order. After your payment is confirmed, your order is printed and prepared by our print & fulfillment partner, which typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping methods, timelines & costs
All physical orders are shipped with tracking. Production time is separate from the delivery windows below. Estimated delivery once an order ships:
- United States (Standard): 3–7 business days. Flat rate of $5.99, or free on orders over $75.00.
- Canada: 6–12 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- International: 7–21 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery windows begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
Customs, duties & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure of the potential charges.
Incorrect addresses, lost & damaged parcels
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
