Are these physical decks or digital products?

Every item we sell is a physical product that is printed, packaged, and shipped to your address. We do not sell digital downloads.

How long does shipping take?

Our decks are made to order. Production by our print partner typically takes 2–5 business days, after which the order ships with tracking. Domestic delivery then takes about 3–7 business days, and international delivery 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat $5.99 shipping rate within the United States, and shipping is free on orders over $75.00. International rates are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Unopened decks in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full details.

When will I be charged?

Checkout is encrypted and secure. You will only be charged when your payment is confirmed, and we never store your card details on our servers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Are the decks suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Every deck ships with a written guidebook, and decks like The Mystic's Companion Set are designed specifically for new readers.
