Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your deck. If something is not right, this policy explains when and how you can return an item for a refund or exchange.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original, undamaged condition
- Sealed or in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging, with all included items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, decks whose seal has been opened may only be returned if they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to start a return
To begin a return, follow these steps:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a return address within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked method and send us the tracking number.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, processed securely through Stripe, within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Refunds cover the price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Order cancellations
Because we aim to ship quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
